We have been with this practice ever since it started, and brought up a family under their care too. We have consistently been able to make convenient appointments with either our own GP or one of the others with a particular interest in the problem we have have wanted advice on (eye problems, ENT, travel advice etc). We have never encountered anything other than true professionalism and exceptional kindness together with consistently good care.

I have recently had to use the surgery on 2 occasions. The initial appointments were made by phone and I got an appointment within 24/48 hours. First time I was referred to Horsham Hospital for an X ray, the second for a blood test. The hospital saw me within 2 days, and the results went straight back to the GP's. Follow up appointments were again as soon as I wished. I am forever hearing of people experiencing difficulty in obtaining NatHealth treatment - in my recent experience this is not the case. Both the Doctor's Surgery and Hospital have been prompt, efficient and polite. I am happy with both the examination and treatment. The Doctors in question are Dr Liu and Dr Woods, but I must stress that all the Doctors and Nurses there are worthy of praise.

I have nothing but praise to say about this amazing surgery . I really don't feel great at the moment , in fact all year I have been unwell . I feel that even now I have little energy to type but I have read a previous damming report and I want to erasure any one reading this that I am a very grateful patient not a member of staff . my views are genuinely what I have experienced . When a person is low or sick its very difficult sometimes to communicate. When I call and have done this year many times I always get superb professional caring help from any receptionist . I have always been able to get an appointment . There have been times when I've been in tears talking to the receptionist just because I've been sick, and they calm me down and put me on the right track for help . When I see my DR who is DR Loui he explains everything to me clearly. I never feel rushed or in the way ,I totally trust him with my health care. If he has been away I have seen Dr Healey, DR Anderson who have also been very helpful . I really want to thank DR Healey for running such a brilliant practise with excellent Drs and staff and all the nurses are amazing . I've been at this practise for years and I am blessed to be able to be looked after by such wonderful people Thank you very very much
